Our policy at The Charm Bar guarantees free repair or replacement of your permanent jewelry if it needs to be removed for any medical procedures, surgeries or in case of any defects. Simply contact our customer service team for assistance, and we will ensure your jewelry is repaired or replaced promptly and at no cost to you. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Booking Policy- When booking your event we require a 50% deposit.

Cancellations - Should you need to cancel we have a 7 day cancellation policy, In order to receive your deposit back you must cancel 7 days prior to the date of your event. Should you cancel within the 7 days your deposit would become non-refundable.
